Food was tasty, but nothing special. The female waitress was very friendly. Only the male waitress (owner?) Was absolutely not interested in customers: We wanted to stop at this restaurant on our first evening in Oberstdorf, but unfortunately we were sent away again as there was no more space available. The next day we called at noon to reserve for 7 p.m. Unfortunately, the man on the phone could not (or did not want to) reserve a table for us, as this is no longer necessary after 7 p.m. However, when we were there at 7 p.m., he wanted to send us away again as there was nothing left. When I pointed out that we wanted to make a reservation by phone this afternoon to avoid this, he did not respond. I then asked if we could wait. Then he said: "Waiting is rather bad." ... Actually, we just wanted to leave the restaurant, given such an unfriendly reception. The already mentioned nice service offered us a seat so that we at least didn't have to leave the restaurant hungry. Of course, the man may have had a bad day, but based on our experiences we would not come back.

Very friendly and fast service. The menu offers something for everyone. The portions were really big and the prices were more than fair.

Received and service very friendly. The beer goulash I chose was good, although unusual for me, with pickles and other vegetables. The bread dumplings were also good in taste but just too firm in consistency, a shame Rustic furniture, best implementation of hygiene rules

Very, very tasty food at good prices with a short waiting time! Rustic ambience and super friendly staff! Due to Corona, only every second table is served and hygiene is otherwise taken into account. Recommendation! :)

The food was pretty good! Unfortunately there was only one waitress even though the restaurant was full. We had waited 25 minutes for our drinks.

Every snack is better! Small mixed salad from the bag for 5 €. Extra plate cost € 2.50, was not pointed out. Never again, a rip-off!

Price / offer: Very good. Ate onion roast and cheese spaetzle, very tasty. There is a point deduction for the very simple or a bit old-fashioned ambience.

Food was good, brisk cuisine and really tasty and tasty. Toilet new and clean. Service is unfortunately bad, unmotivated and with so few guests. You are just having breakfast. Waitress threw down a glass and got a gentleman out of the kitchen who had to make it away. That is weak. Otherwise there would have been more stars.

Unfortunately the hunter schnitzel was a disappointment. Canned mushrooms and a ready-made sauce are not possible! The homemade spaetzle couldn't help anymore. For the price of 14.90 euros there was not even a small side salad. So should the quarter tomato and parsley comfort us? Then better go to the snack bar!

Very good cuisine, great beer. Polite condition. Anytime again when we are in Oberstdorf.

Not many options for vegetarians but still a nice place with great käsespätzle and really nice staff. The rating here is lower than it should be so giving a good review. I would recommend this restaurant to friends and fam.

The friendly service and the quick service could not hide the poor quality of the dishes ... The cook should be fired at such prices. To deliver such a miserable performance is really underground. Every amateur cook has more quality. I don’t think he’s ever seen a good roast onion roast in his life either. The stars are only there for the very hard work.

Lovely food to eat

Wanted to have a drink and a smoke outside before going inside to our reserved table. Somehow not obvious to us this was a major issue.
